All-on-4 Implant Technique
The All-on-4® treatment concept is a permanent solution which provides patients with a set of teeth that look and function just as natural teeth would. Patients who have chosen this option are significantly more comfortable and confident when smiling, speaking and eating when compared to conventional dentures. Choosing All-on-4® there are no dentures to be taken out, or stabilized with messy denture adhesives. Perhaps most importantly, this approach to restoration can return most, if not all, of your natural function and bite force, allowing patients to eat their favorite foods again.
All-on-4® allows our surgeons to maximize stability by placing four implants in the arch: two straight and two angled. By tilting the two posterior implants, longer implants can be used. As a result, the tilted posterior implants can be anchored in better quality bone, providing more teeth for chewing and optimal support of the prosthesis.
This technique has a success rate of 97% and can be life-changing for many patients.

No Cost Consultation and Pre-Surgical Exam
Every patient who is considering a dental implant procedure is provided with a consultation and exam at no cost. During this appointment, you will first meet with one of our Implant Treatment Coordinators (ITCs). Our ITCs are specialists in coordinating dental implant treatment, assisting you in the review of treatment options, scheduling appointments and answering any questions you may have along the way.
Following your consultation with the ITC, our surgeon will meet with you to review your case and establish your individualized treatment plan. During this time, our financial coordinators are communicating with your insurance providers to establish what coverage may be available. At the conclusion of your exam, you will once again meet with our ITC for a complete financial review based on your recommended treatment plan.
Dental Implant and Temporary Denture Placement
In the comfort of our office, your surgeon will place the implants while you rest comfortably. Following surgery, your temporary set of teeth will be placed in your dentist's office to provide you not only with an aesthetically pleasing smile, but partial function while your implants heal.
Following surgery, you will have check-in appointment(s) which allow the surgeon to assess how your implants are integrating into your jaw.
Once your implants have healed, you’ll return to your general dentist to have your final prosthesis placed. These new, permanent teeth will function much like your natural teeth would. Your permanent prosthesis will only be removed by your dentist for annual cleaning.
